Shopping with ArcHarbor Cards

These terms apply to purchases through archarborcards.store. Please read the product description, our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy before placing an order. Contact us at lile011022@gmail.com with questions.

Products and availability

Check the product year, brand, sport, box or case format and quantity carefully. Unless the listing expressly states otherwise, images illustrate the product and do not promise a particular card, autograph, player, grading result or resale value. Manufacturer-described box contents or odds apply only as stated for that specific product.

Some products are sourced after purchase. Availability can change. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you about the unshipped item and provide the applicable refund. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Prices, payment and order information

Store prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown during checkout before payment. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and use only a payment method you are authorized to use.

Order processing begins after payment is confirmed. For a manual payment order, creating an order does not mean payment has been received. Follow the payment instructions supplied for that order.

If we identify a material pricing or product-description error affecting an order, we will contact you before fulfillment. We will not increase the amount charged without your agreement; if we cannot fulfill the order on the agreed terms, we will cancel and refund the affected unshipped item.

Shipping, final sale and problem orders

Orders normally dispatch within 3 business days after confirmed payment, subject to any different schedule clearly stated on the product page. Orders of $200 or more qualify for free standard U.S. shipping; expedited delivery is charged separately. Full details appear in our Shipping Policy.

All sales are final for change-of-mind purchases, including sealed and opened products. Incorrect items, shipping damage, non-delivery and other applicable remedies are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website use and updates

Do not misuse the website, submit false information or interfere with other customers' use of the service. Third-party names and trademarks identify their respective products and owners and do not imply endorsement of ArcHarbor Cards.

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms and policies presented when you place an order apply to that order, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you.
